This is 6 week strength training program, comprised of the big three lifts(squat, bench, and deadlift). This program is a three day plan that should be ran with a rest day after the third training session. You will go based off of your current max on all three lifts and follow the programs percentage based loads. (Please be sure to make rest and recovery a main focus during this program, as it can help or hinder your progress.)
