This program is made for the beginner that is just trying to start somewhere but, doesn't know where to start. This program covers a 4 week span with four days of weight training. It is broken up into two parts. Weeks 1&2 and weeks 3&4 to help you progress correctly. I have left a blank space on the chart to pencil in the weights you use based off your strength level.
